  • January 2, 2026

NCC is pleased to announce a major expansion of its Worker Village facilities in Ruwais–Ghayathi, reinforcing the company’s commitment to supporting large-scale operations with reliable, high-quality infrastructure and services.

The expansion project will increase the village’s capacity by 100%, enabling NCC to accommodate a significantly larger workforce while maintaining the highest standards of comfort, safety, and operational efficiency.

As part of this development, NCC is constructing a state-of-the-art central kitchen designed to cater for additional 15,000 people daily. The new kitchen will be equipped with modern food production technology, enhanced storage facilities, and streamlined workflows to ensure consistent quality, food safety, and efficiency at scale.

This investment strengthens NCC’s ability to deliver reliable catering services across large and remote sites, while supporting increased demand driven by ongoing and upcoming projects in the region.

The Ruwais–Ghayathi expansion reflects NCC’s long-term vision to develop integrated worker village solutions that combine accommodation, catering, and support services under one coordinated operation. By expanding capacity and upgrading core facilities, NCC continues to enable seamless operations and improved living standards for site-based workforces.
