Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage all catering operations for events, corporate clients, and VIP functions.

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, accurate execution, and high customer satisfaction.

Oversee event logistics including menus, staffing, equipment, setup, service flow, and breakdown.

Manage catering teams before, during, and after events to ensure smooth operations and service excellence.

Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Conduct site visits and event briefings to assess requirements and anticipate operational needs.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and local regulations during all catering activities.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure events are delivered within approved financial parameters.

Handle client feedback, resolve issues professionally, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements
