Over the course of our partnership with ALEC Engineering and Contracting , our teams have been repeatedly recognized for the quality, consistency, and reliability of the catering services delivered across ALEC operations in the UAE.
Most recently, an official Letter of Appreciation dated 1 July 2026 acknowledged NCC Catering’s performance since October 2025, highlighting our standards across food quality, hygiene, punctuality, and overall service delivery.
These standards have also been reinforced through positive findings from internal and third-party audits, reflecting the disciplined processes and operational consistency maintained by our teams every day.

That continued performance has helped strengthen the relationship between NCC Catering and ALEC — and today, the partnership has expanded further with the launch of catering operations at the new ALEC RAK HUB – Accommodation and Mess Hall.
The new facility supports the daily dining requirements of both Senior and Junior categories, with NCC Catering delivering the operational readiness, service standards, and reliability required from day one.
The official opening was marked with a special lunch for residents and a cake-cutting attended by members of NCC and ALEC Management, celebrating another milestone in a partnership built through delivery.
